Terms of Use

1. Who may use Ozeli

Ozeli is intended only for women aged 21 years or older. Its content addresses adult topics in intimate and sexual health. By using Ozeli you confirm that you are 21 or older. Ozeli is not intended for, and must not be used by, anyone under 21.

2. What Ozeli is — and is not

Ozeli offers self-assessments, educational content, a moderated community, and the ability to ask general questions to a clinical team. All of this is for education and self-understanding only.

• Ozeli is not a medical device, clinic, or diagnostic service.
• Ozeli does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
• Information and any AI-assisted or expert responses are general and educational, and do not create a doctor–patient or therapist–client relationship.
• Always consult a qualified doctor or therapist for advice specific to you.

3. No emergency service

Ozeli is not for emergencies. If you are in crisis or may harm yourself, please contact a local emergency number or a helpline immediately (for example, in India: iCall 9152987821; Vandrevala Foundation 1860-2662-345; Tele-MANAS 14416). Ozeli may show such resources, but it cannot provide emergency help.

4. Your account and conduct

You may browse assessments and content without an account; registration is required only for community features. You agree to:

• provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential;
• use Ozeli lawfully and respectfully;
• not post content that is abusive, harassing, explicit, unlawful, or that identifies or harms another person;
• not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Community posts are anonymous to other users and are reviewed before they appear. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Privacy

Your use of Ozeli is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we handle and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, including export and deletion of your data.

6. Content and intellectual property

The content, design, and name "Ozeli" are owned by Ozeli and its founder. You may use the service for your personal, non-commercial wellbeing. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute Ozeli's content without permission. Community content you submit remains yours, but you grant Ozeli permission to display it (anonymously) within the service.

7. No fees at present

Ozeli is currently free to use during its beta phase. If paid services are introduced in future, we will clearly state what is free and what is paid before you are charged, and separate terms may apply.

8. Beta service

Ozeli is in active development. Features may change, and occasional errors or interruptions are possible. We provide the service "as is" and do our best to keep it safe and reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or available.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ozeli and its founder are not liable for any decision you make based on the educational information provided, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Ozeli evolves. Material changes will be highlighted within the app, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
